Contains 10 items which include: copies of an English translation of a plan proposed by the Traffic Director of SNCF and French resistance personnel recommending strategic air attacks on marshalling yards in conjunction with direct attacks on troop convoys and sabotage in support of the allied invasion, forwared to SHAEF by the Special Operations Executive (SOE); a paper attributed to the EOU and based on the advice of French ground intelligence sources commending line cutting and attacks on major rail centres such as Lille and Dijon rather than the offensive against marshalling yards; and SZ's advice to Air Chief Marshal Leigh-Mallory concerning both sets of proposals.
