Typescripts, both headed "Copy". Also headed "X-RLX". The paper stresses the ineffectiveness of an offensive against marshalling yards in France as a means of disrupting German military traffic. The author, referring to a statement by a delegate at a "conference of technicians and heads of the S.N.C.F." recommends operational similar to those employed by German forces who "knew the weakness of the S.N.C.F.", in 1940 - that is to cut lines and attack "the main strategic railways (Lille, Dijon)".
