Scope and content
Contains correspondence concerning casualty surveys of air crew personnel. Fragments are examined, flak suit studies mentioned, and the change of air warfare tactics to safeguard personnel is considered. Two reports are included, the one is on a military accident at the Air Force base in Deenthorpe, the other on the survey of battle casualties sustained by the Eighth Air Force. Details of the work of the Operational Research Section are also included.
