Lawn Road Flats -- Staff
The accountant's figures indicate that the Isobar can be profitable, after all expenses and costs have been paid. Pritchard believes the club is already on the way to profit, but as no more finance can be put in he has devised a plan. The Harbens take over the club and form a company taking 80% of the profits and a loan against the club can be taken to pay for alterations. The notes discuss the rent of the club and the Harbens' flat. [Kathy] Harben could be released from Lawn Road Flats work to devote herself to the club. Pritchard suggests the Harbens try and raise a guarantee of £100. The club should charge Lawn Road for any work carried out and vice-versa.
