Having gone into the finances of Lawn Road and the Isobar with Molly [Pritchard], Jack Pritchard believes the club can be profitable, but as there is no more finance available, the Harbens ought to form a company with £100 capital and take over the club. A loan against the club could pay for any alterations. Pritchard details his ideas on the rent of the club and the Harbens' flat. Any work carried out by Lawn Road for Isobar will be chargeable and vice-versa. Pritchard suggests a guaranteed overdraft of £100 would be useful. Matters such as Lawn Road debts to Isobar and the Pritchards' food in the club need further debate.
