"The distribution of crater debris from 500 lb. M.C. bombs, two detonated in clay and two in chalk, has been measured.
"The vulnerable area for personnel having presented areas of 1 sq. ft. and 2 sq. ft. has been computed as a function of the minimum mass likely to cause injury.
"The velocities of a small number of individual pieces of debris have been determined photographically." Graphs and tables are included. Two of the copies only have 11 leaves, due to reductions in graph sizes.
