Explosions -- Physiological effect -- Animals
Zuckerman, Solly, 1904-1993 recipient
The possibility of taking electro-cardiograms of animals is mentioned. A drug may need to be administered so as to keep the animals quiet. A true picture of the changes which take place after the explosion may be prevented by the use of the drug "dial". McSwiney asks for the experiments to begin early if he is to return to London for a meeting.
