Discusses arrangements of a central clearing house in America and the United Kingdom in order to facilitate exchanges of information between the military services of both countries. The Medical Research Council in England and the National Research Council in Washington act as clearing houses for information concerning medical defence. Where the information is of a highly secret nature, the central body could be by-passed. The reason for this body was to prevent duplicated requests for information.
