Agricultural machinery -- Research
Contains correspondence with Professor Preston of the University of Alberta who is concerned about the subject of agricultural work science which is a neglected area. The productivity capacity of farm machinery is thought to be short of up to 20 percent due to faulty methods being used by farmers and minor imperfections in machinery design. SZ is approached and asked if he could suggest that farm work study might properly be centred, for research purposes, on the new Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Training Board.
