Neems, Basil D.
Winnifrith, John, recipient
Preston introduces himself to Winnifrith. He outlines his views on the neglect of work science in agriculture and the financial loss which this is causing. Preston had perfected a system whereby the optimal methods of production can be determined from an array of many alternative combinations. This is in the form of a digital computer programme. He hopes to meet B.D. Neems of the Agricultural, Horticultural and Forestry Training Board at the Nottingham conference.
