The paper considers the relative value of different types of transportation target and estimates briefly the delay or disruption to movement that could be effected by their destruction or damage. Specific targets are suggested in the main text. Annex I is a list of junctions to be targetted and annex II a list of bridges. A map entitled 'V.Ps [vulnerable points?] on Main Rly. Lines to Cherbourg Peninsula' at a scale of 1:800,000 was also appended [now stored separately in a plan chest].
