Typescript note on a suggested alternative [to the Overlord Transportation Plan]. The note may have been produced in relation to a meeting convened by Air Chief Marshal Tedder on 3/5/44 [see SZ/AEAF/2/2/5]. It argues that certain alternative targets are already being dealt with and that none "represent as economic a target system as does the transportation system" of France.
