Deacon, G. Cole
Mr Deacon identified various maintenance facilities in relation to the effect on them of air attacks and provided a listing , with explanatory information, of their order of priority as targets. Reference is made in the paper to UK experience such as damage to the coaling facility at York, and the Kings Cross/Farringdon Street underground links with main line services. He expressed the opinion that "attacks on the main repair centres [in Germany] would pay a good dividened."
