Pritchard encloses a copy his note on a national furniture college [not included]. He mentions the fact that the Aeronautical College and the College of Horology have design branches, so a furniture college should have. The college ought to be a design college without excluding production techniques. Students should come from secondary schools, art schools and industry, and special courses should be provided for craftsmen, foremen, managers, and salesmen.
