Pritchard suggests Harben takes his draft of the Isobar rules to the solicitor to add whatever is necessary to make the club a proprietory one and give Layton adequate control. The rules can then be sent to [Graham] Maw for approval. Pritchard dislikes the bye-law regarding pipe smoking and believes the members should decide. A photo gallery of members behind the bar and a lapel badge which members could show when ordering have been suggested. Pritchard would like the rules through within a week if Kimpton can put themn through.
