It includes: a schedule of rents from 1957 to 1968; 1968 correspondence with the surveyors Cluttons, in which they make an offer on the flats on behalf of Great Ormond Street Hospital (this sale finally fell through); 1968 correspondence with Stanley S. Dias, estate agent, negotiating the price of the flats and the rental value of individual flats; MS summary notes of an estate agent’s structural survey on the flats carried out in July 1968; correpondence with the Inspector of Taxes outlining the shareholders of Isokon (Lawn Road) Limited, and 1969 correspondence with Elder Levie, Bryan & Skinner dealing with the valuation of the flats; a letter dated 27/08/1969 from the surveyor J. Gould in which capital gains tax and the valuation of the flats is discussed; and MS notes on minor repairs and alterations to the flats, dated 2/11/1968.
