Typed, annotated transcript of a tape recording of a lecture Jack Pritchard gave to the [Victoria and Albert Museum] 24/11/79. Jack Pritchard discusses the work of Wells Coates and the commissioning of Lawn Road Flats. He briefly discusses Isokon and the involvement of Walter Gropius, Mercel Breuer, Egon Riss and Ernest Race in designing the Isokon Long Chair, Isokon Penguin Donkey, the Bottleship and the Gull. Also includes comments by Lord [Paul] Reilly, chairman. Lecture probably given in conjunction with the '1930s' RCA exhibition at the Harward Gallery, 1979-1980.
