Scope and content

Adrian and David had been doing the lighting for Carol’s play at St Peter Mancroft 'York Cycle'. A beach donkey had been borrowed for the entry into Jerusalem. ‘It took an hour at the dress rehearsal to get it (Jacko) into the church.’ £50 was collected for the restoration fund.

This letter is a bit scrawled as Adrian is sitting on a coach on his way to Nottingham to see John Neville’s production of 'The Cherry Orchard'.
