The University had an attractive new Hall with stage.
Whitehall Plaice had offered Adrian a summer job at the usual Scientific Asst. rate. They wanted to know if he’d prefer lab or field work.
Adrian was printing the Film Society programme and the play tickets on his printing press with the help of Helen. His grant and travel claim had arrived - £121.
Helen would be going to a conference at Sussex University.
Adrian was doing play [Caucasian Chalk Circle] rehearsals.
