‘John & Barry have been to see the abovementioned flat and discover the only snag is the absence of a bathroom. Since most people bath at the University anyway, because communal bathing is a popular means of circulating gossip?, this hardly matters.’

They had been collecting for “War on Want” at Anglia TV car park when the police descended on them saying they were “street collecting” although they had been offered the car park to avoid the difficulty of getting permission for street collecting.
