Marsha was UEA's first blind student, she was in the School of English and American Studies, 1966-1969. She recalls her interview at UEA (and landing on the floor); living in Horsham residences; meeting friends; the final examination papers being taken to London in a sealed envelope, to be brailled and re-sealed until finals day; a convivial exchange with Angus Wilson; and meeting Lorna Sage (her tutor) at a party.
This reminisce from Marsha was brought to the Archives by Michael Sanderson (author of 'A History of the University of East Anglia').
