Scope and content

The Sub-Committee puts forward recommendations concerning investigations into bombing effects, the effectiveness of various types of bombs, the enabling of aircraft, and the possibility of the use of tracer and incendiary bullets or shells as a means of attack on vehicles, dumps, etc..

Summarises of evidence from witnesses for the period of operations up to March 1942 are included. Comments are made by SA/AC on this summary with particular reference to effects of air attack on army targets.
