Payman doubts whether this type of test has any bearing on what happens to a dump attacked by aircraft bombs. He describes the kind of casings and explosives which he feels would be more vulnerable. Payman suggests the 18 lb. F bomb as a possible means of starting an explosion by high velocity fragments. A report on this bomb would be sent to SZ.
