SZ tells Murphy that the MOHS was approached by the Admiralty to undertake work on blast protection for seamen. The MOHS appointed SZ to carry out the work and his only contact in the Admiralty is Lt Terrell. It was terrell who put SZ in touch with Gieves who sent SZ materials for testing.
