SZ gives a resumé of the report on blast injury to the lungs submitted to the navy's medical department. The report covers 27 cases from HMS "Foylebank" which was bombed. SZ discusses the various injuries sustained and refers to an "undoubted civilian case in Norwich" [see SZ/OEMU/4/1/6-10]. He also discusses splinter wounds. Mentions Gieves [Ltd].
