M.O.H.S. report 2756
"In a large proportion of the incidents, in which damage is caused by H.E. bombs and mines, the only evidence as to the size and type of the weapon concerned is afforded by the damage itself." This note describes "attempts which have been made to evolve rules which are not too complex for use in the field, and which involve only simple measurements, but which nevertheless lead to reliable assessment of the bomb size."
Report written by Derman Christopherson, C.G. Lyons and E.B. Philip.
