Report on tests of a method designed to prevent collapse of lower storeys thus avoiding casualties or damage to plant on the ground floor. A strengthened building was placed 42 feet from a charge and an unstrengthened building 70 feet. Includes a plan of the site, illustrations of the methods used to strengthen a building, and photographs.
