Penetration tests were carried out on concrete slabs with mild steel cylindrical projectiles, other cylindrical projectiles, and service ammunition. The high speed cylindrical projectiles were taken to simulate bomb splinters of average type. The quality of the concrete determined the penetrability of the projectiles. Graphs and tables are included.
