Tests on scale-model houses confirm that, in general, the area of damage by blast per ton of charge will not continue to increase once bomb size exceeds 4000 lb. It is noted that windows are important in reducing damage. Contains detailed tables of damage caused to houses with and without windows by bombs of various sizes at various distances. Also includes diagrams and appendices on blast pressure.
