At the Wound Ballistics Conference of 16/6/44 a recommendation to the War Department was agreed in order for its tables of organization to be reorganized to permit Palmer to develop his team on lines originally suggested. Fulton is concerned that little is being done on casualty study "in our major operation". The Wound Ballistics Conference had voted to change its name to Missile Casualties. A visit from Howard Florey is expected.
