B.P.C. 42/131 (amended)

The Committee on Body Armour and Steel Helmets agrees that the American steel helmet provides a greater area of cover than the Mark III steel helmet. Significant drawbacks exist, however. These objections should be considered, and the possibility for alterations in design discussed. Attached is a letter from H.W.B.
