Informs Mathewson that Major Trollope transferred the telephone and the agreement with the GPO to SZ. SZ has had to deny Mrs Mathewson use of the telephone as it is a vehicle for "secret and confidential Government work." Any use of the telephone sanctioned by [Miss Vidal-Hall] has been entirely on her own authority.
