Scope and content
The business of the Committee was complementary to that of the NRTC, but focussing on "administrative problems" and the development of new overseas sources of supply. The few papers in the series deal with mineral resources, non-ferrous metals, timber and fibres. One, entitled Yugoslavia [DC (51)13, 28.8.51] deals with "the scale of assistance to be afforded to the Yugoslavian Government" and the country’s investment programme in the context of importing commodities and food from Yugoslavia.
