Encloses "a very rough doodle" of how he would set out the paper on the TSR-2 for the Minister [SZ/CSA/95/7]. Mountbatten cannot help SZ in public given his position [as impartial chairman of the Chiefs of Staff Committee] but says that "this is the first occasion on which [SZ's] action is absolutely vital to the Country's Defence Policy and to save the Minister from making a ghastly mistake."
