Caccia, Harold Anthony Caccia, recipient
SZ/384/63
Describes the views put across by Rodziński at a luncheon with SZ. Rodziński's view is that no conceivable good could come from the possession of nuclear weapons by Western Germany, and that the West was giving in to German aspirations too easily. The possible close relations between Germany and France to realise Germany's aspirations was shrugged off by Rodziński and he did not think that the broken structure of Germany into Länder had any negative effect on their scientific and technological effort.
