Nierenberg thanks SZ for his letter of 4/6/63 [SZ/CSA/67/26]. It would be favourable if the United Kingdom took the initiative in the establishment of an International Institute for Science and Technology. Allis and Coleby would be meeting with Cassimir. If Cassimir is favourable, SZ would draw up a programme of action with John Cockcroft and Peter Thorneycroft.
