Scope and content

Blackburn thanks Hornig for his interest and assistance in the Atlantic College project. Hornig is asked to provide details of his offer of introductions to Blackburn and Darvall while they are in the United States in November. They would also be visiting Ottawa for the inauguration of the Canadian Atlantic College National Committee.

Satisfactory scholarship arrangements for American students needed to be set up. Proposals to government for this were being handled by Joseph M. Roland.

Hornig is invited to visit and stay at the College in Wales.
