Slater, William Kershaw, recipient
SZ is concerned that he, Nicholson and Waddington would have to condemn the Slater report just because one section of the report concerning Nature Conservancy was unacceptable.
SZ estimates that there are three research projects per reserve. He asks if the institutions which had been suggested to take over the reserves actually wanted to do so. Under this scheme terrestrial ecology would be left to the new Research Council.
Two copies.
