Scope and content
A Committee of the Advisory Council on Scientific Policy, the Committee on Research into Natural Resources was established in 3/61 to consider the possible establishment of a Natural Resources Research Council and what the effects of this council would be on certain departments. The proposed Council would cover a range of biological subjects and include hydrology and land use.
Included are three sub-files. The first contains correspondence, and the other two hold draft copies of the report which was produced by this Committee.
