SZ was sorry that he could not be present when Galley spoke about the new molluscicide. SZ discusses the compound's possible applications and its effects on snails. SZ does not feel that it should be used as a political bargaining tool with China as the Chinese tend to leave politics out of trade and are good customers. SZ would be happy to see full reports on the compound whent they are ready.
