Describes project "G" which was begun in 1946 by the Russians. Although it is a weapon of biological warfare, project G derived its inspiration from the atom bomb. The project relates to the improvement of species by selection of good characteristics. Reproduction, genetics, in vitro fertilization and surrogacy are referred to. Also mentioned is a technique whereby temporary sexual maturity is induced in children by the age of three so as to produce sperm and eggs for implantation in an adult female.
