Informs Norstad of the intended visit to Sicily and perhaps later Italy to survey bombing effects. The survey would be conducted by Home Security specialists. SZ would leave with the party.

SZ would also be giving attention to the Mediterranean experience and the formulation of principles relating to air support in assaults. [The Graham Committee] would deal with this.
