Scope and content

Discusses the findings of Bomber Command's ORS into the effort required against enemy oil targets. Previous ORS estimates have proved reliable, unlike those of SZ. A total of 56,000 sorties and 226,000 tons of bombs would be required to put out of action and keep out of action all enemy plants in the western theatre.
