Covering note and five annexed resumés of broadcasts referring to the bombing of railways in AXIS - occupied teritories (Annexes A-E), covering the period up to 13.30 hours, 15/4/44 to 13.30 hours, 19/4/44. Broadcasts monitored were from stations in France, Belgium, Germany and neutral countries. An appendix to Annex E (covering the period to 13.30 hours, 15/4/44) is an extract from an oration by Cardinal Lienart, quoted by Radio Paris, on casualties of an allied air attack on Lille in which he beseeches "our old Allies... to give up these methods of fighting".
