Contains seven items being chiefly papers and reports produced by the Ministry of Economic Warfare (MEW) before and after D-Day on the effect of allied bombing on the transportation systems of Europe. They include a paper of 2/3/44, attributed to SZ, which takes issue with criticism of the AEAF transportation plan by the Air Ministry and MEW, citing MEW's own assessments in defence of the plan.
