The paper is the "third and concluding part of a series" [see SZ/AEAF/1/8/9 and SZ/AEAF/1/8/13] which sets out "the final petering out of German formation movements on the S.C.N.F. and Belgian State Railways, which took place in August, 1944, the study of which has been undertaken by this Service ever since adequate information became available towards the close of 1941".
