Statistcal analysis of damage to the British rail system by air attack, 1940-1943 with calculations of average delay relative to type of damage. An appendix considers the vulnerability of railway targets in general, the most promising targets to maximise dislocation (permanent way, arches, bridges, and tunnels) and suitable weapons and tactics.
