The letter is annotated "Translated (!) from a postcard" and is a transcription. Julian Huxley thanks Jack Pritchard for sending him "your Grandfather's statement" and writes that his own grandfather, though an agnostic would have agreed with its sentiments. "Both of them were Humanists in the modern sense of the word, and so am I". He writes of his own beliefs and those of Aldous [Huxley].
