Discusses the possibility of setting up "experimental workshop facilities supported by a scholarship scheme" at Digswell House. Ken Baynes mentions that Jack Pritchard asked him to "make a definite proposal" and discussed with Baynes correspondence Pritchard has had with Monty Berman the subject. Ken Baynes suggests a meeting with Jack Pritchard, Dr John Sissons, the chairman of Digswell Arts Trust and an ex-director of ICI, Monty Berman and Ken Baynes. Compliment card from Ken and Kate Baynes attached, and annotated, "Here are your letters back!". Copies of letter also sent to Jack Pritchard and Dr John Sisson.
