A collection of papers relating to the life and works of Henry Morris as Chief Education Officer for Cambridgeshire (1922-1954). It includes the setting up of village colleges, his long friendship with Jack Pritchard and his commissioning of Walter Gropius and Maxwell Fry to design Impington Village College. The file contains personal correspondence between Jack Pritchard and Henry Morris' family and friends regarding Henry's illness, the settling of his affairs and death in 1959, correspondence and material concerning memorial tributes to Henry Morris. These include the setting up of the Henry Morris Memorial Trust, recollections and personal memories of Henry Morris by his friends, for a biography.
